The home survey is still available to clients already having a strong idea of the type of product they wish to purchase.

Once you have decided upon your fire, we agree an installation date to suit you. Your new fire is installed by our in-house team with the minimum of disruption and mess and we guarantee that every single member of the installation team is fully Corgi registered with all of the necessary up-to-date legal certification. Every Flames customer receives the very highest levels of customer service during the fitting and installation process and we do everything we can to give you total confidence in the work we undertake, including regular site visits to ensure every detail of the work meets our own exacting personal standards and that you, the customer, are completely happy.
